Established in 1991 as a trading company. The company was importing used clothing from Europe and America. It also was importing edible oile, milk & detergent powder.

As part of its expanssion programme it opened branches in Lubumbashi, Matadi, Mbuji Mayi, Tshikapa, Kisangani & Goma.

It established its first Milk Powder repackaging facility in Kinshasa with license from the KERRYGOLD brand owners the IRISH DAIRY BOARD, Ireland. Its second packing unit was set up in Lubumbashi in 2003. The 3rd packaging facility was set up in the Valcano City of Goma, a city destroyed by valcano erruption in 2001 and totally reconstructed.

The company setup its fist yoghurt manufacturing unit in Kinshasa in 2001 to catter the domestic demand. The Brand ENERGIE is the only renowned and premium product in the DRC market for flavored drinking yoghurt.
